From Václav Havel International Airport to Prague city centre and Hilton Prague hotel.
The journey takes about 40 minutes (60 minutes during peak hours). Estimated cost about 700 CZK (30 EUR).
An Airport Express Bus runs from the airport to Prague Main Station (Hlavní nádraží) departing every 30 minutes from Terminal 1 and 2. Tickets can be bought directly from the bus driver. Price: approximately 60 CZK (2,5 EUR).
At Prague Main Station (Hlavní nádraží) take the underground line C (red line) in direction “Letňany” and go 1 stop to station “Florenc. Walk to Hilton (3 minutes).
A private car transfer may be arranged with the Convention secretariat.

Registration desk will be located in the Hilton hotel lobby, ground floor (opposite the reception; clearly marked as ASD Convention).
If you are in the Hilton already on Wed 23 April we kindly ask you to come and register on Wednesday afternoon to avoid the crowd on Thursday morning before the Convention starts.
Please note that the Accompanying Person onsite registration is a subject to availability and may not be confirmed by the Convention Secretariat. Accompanying persons’ fee includes: Admission to Welcome Cocktail and Gala Dinner
For guided tour and Gala Dinner reservation or in case of any other request please kindly contact the Convention Secretariat or in 23 – 25 April visit the Registration Desk at the Hilton.
